本条所称救助费用，是指救助方在救助作业中直接支付的合理费用以及实际使用救助设备、投入救助人员的合理费用。确定救助费用应当考虑本法第一百八十九条第一款第八项至第十项的规定。

The algorithm walks the tree recursively. At each node, it checks: does this node's bounding box overlap with the query rectangle? If not, the entire subtree gets pruned (skipped). If it does overlap, it tests the node's points against the query and recurses into the children.
