In MS-DOS 2.11, there is a new INT 21h function called AllocOper (58h). It allows the caller to set or get the memory allocation strategy. The available options are usually referred to as “first fit” (0, the default value), “best fit” (1), and “last fit” (2).

Candidates deserve to know how AI is being used in your evaluation process — which tools are involved, what they're measuring, and how those results factor into decisions. Beyond just being the ethical baseline, transparency actually tends to improve the candidate experience.
